These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tk3336 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read this document carefully before using any tk3336 service.

1. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a player on the tk3336 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the tk3336 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the tk3336 platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and tk3336 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — whether oral or written — between you and tk3336 relating to the subject matter herein.
Important: tk3336 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify active Players via the email address registered to their account. Your continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the tk3336 platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions must be met by all Players:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older throughout your use of the platform.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of tk3336 or any of its associated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not have previously been excluded or suspended from the tk3336 platform for any reason.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
tk3336 employs a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to confirm the age and identity of all Players before withdrawals are processed. Players may be required to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport, together with proof of their registered payment method. Failure to complete verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is received and approved.
tk3336 strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of device-level parental controls and internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services, including the tk3336 platform.
4. Account Registration
To access the full range of services on the tk3336 platform, including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must first create a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the tk3336 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tk3336 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and all associated accounts will be suspended and their balances forfeited upon discovery.
- Accurate information: All personal details provided at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and mobile number, must be accurate and match your official identity documents.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tk3336 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
- Account updates: You must notify tk3336 promptly if any of your registered details change, including your email address, mobile number, or payment method. You can update your details by contacting support at [email protected].
- One account per household: In general, only one account is permitted per household address. Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the tk3336 compliance team.
- KYC completion: You must complete the KYC identity verification process before submitting a withdrawal request. tk3336 may request verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration or upon processing a withdrawal that meets the verification threshold.
tk3336 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Where a registration is declined or an account suspended, any funds deposited but not yet wagered will be returned to the original payment method, subject to standard AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
tk3336 supports a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk3336 does not apply any internal transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction for all supported payment methods.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction for all supported payment methods.
- Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tk3336 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within one to three hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfers may take one to four hours depending on the time of submission and the receiving bank's processing schedule.
- Withdrawal to original method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. tk3336 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Currency: All balances, bets, and transactions on tk3336 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied.
- Pending withdrawals: tk3336 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a responsible gaming, AML, or fraud investigation. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is placed under review.
KYC Reminder: Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts that have not completed identity verification. Please ensure your NID or passport documents are submitted and approved before requesting a withdrawal. Contact [email protected] for assistance with the verification process.
Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate. tk3336 will not be liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number or mobile wallet number provided by the Player. In the event of a deposit error, please contact our support team immediately.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
tk3336 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements set out at the time the promotion is offered. Players should read all relevant bonus terms carefully before opting in to any offer, as failure to comply with the conditions may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Wagering requirements: The specific wagering requirement attached to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested.
- Eligible games: Not all games on the tk3336 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game type will be specified in the relevant promotion. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution will not count towards meeting a wagering requirement.
- Maximum bet with active bonus: Where a Player has an active bonus, a maximum bet limit per round may apply. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Any bonus funds, free spins, or free bets that have not been used or wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from the Player's account automatically.
- Abuse of promotions: tk3336 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where it reasonably suspects the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. In such cases, the Player's account may also be subject to suspension.
- One bonus per household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per Player, per household, and per IP address. tk3336 may use technical controls to enforce this restriction.
tk3336 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by Players at the time of the change, provided that the Player has complied with all applicable terms.
7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a Player on the tk3336 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. You accept personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk3336 platform:
- Automated play: The use of bots, scripts, automated software tools, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics is strictly forbidden.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
- Fraud and money laundering: Using the tk3336 platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in any other criminal financial activity is strictly prohibited. tk3336 maintains a comprehensive AML programme and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting tk3336 support is prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or impersonating any individual or entity during your use of the platform is strictly forbidden.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing error on the platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided by tk3336.
- Disruption of services: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the tk3336 platform infrastructure, including through denial-of-service attacks, unauthorised access attempts, or data scraping, is strictly forbidden and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
tk3336 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including voiding bets, suspending or permanently closing the account, withholding balances pending investigation, and pursuing legal remedies where applicable.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
tk3336 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or the use of automated betting tools.
- A Player's self-exclusion request under the tk3336 Responsible Gaming programme.
- A Player being identified as under 18 years of age.
- A Player being identified as a tk3336 employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee.
- Inactivity — defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
Where an account is suspended pending an investigation, funds held in the account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the account and funds will be reinstated. Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited in accordance with these terms.
Players also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the tk3336 support team at [email protected]. Upon a voluntary closure request, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. tk3336 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied. Logging into your account at any time will reset the inactivity period.
